The 5th annual GABC Youth Fall Retreat has been set for October 19-21 at Misty Mountain Camp Resort in Crozet, near Charlottesville. This year we return to the site from where we had our first fall retreat. Palm Sunday and Easter Music – Mark your calendars! The Easter Music program will take place this year on March 25 in the Sunday morning worship service. The Sanctuary Choir, Jubilate Choir and Children’s Choir will participate in a musical presentation of the Holy Week events. It is sure to be an inspiring service. On February 25, 2018, we will have our 150th Anniversary Worship Service. Rev. Ken & Diana Veazey will be our guest speakers during the Worship Service and Sandy Satterwhite (great great granddaughter of Alexander Sands, the 1st pastor of GABC), will be our guest speaker during SS. After the service, a group will be going to Debbie’s kitchen for lunch to celebrate this wonderful event and talk more one on one with our guests. We would love to have you join us, but we need an accurate count of who will be going. Please RSVP with Carol Slaven in the church office if you plan on attending the luncheon.

Attention Youth: Let’s celebrate the end of exams on Friday, January 26th with a trip to G Force where we will ride the Go-Karts and play Lasertag! What a great way to have some great fellowship and fun after a long week of exams. Please let B.J. know by TODAY if you plan on attending.
King’s Fest is back! The Youth at GABC will be going to King’s Fest for the 5th consecutive year on Friday, June 22nd. We only have a few tickets remaining…if you are interested in going, please let B.J. know ASAP.
